Occupational Safety
Occupational safety is a fundamental value, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all employees and contractors across the business. This priority is applied through vital rules, proactive hazard identification and risk mitigation. Driven by compliance with local and international standards, we demand continuous engagement from everyone to achieve a sustained accident-free culture via dedicated training and vigilant management.
Road Safety
Our goal is to eliminate all preventable road accidents involving employees who drive products, service vehicles, forklift trucks or company owned vehicles.
In order to protect our employees, other drivers, pedestrians and cyclists, Gasal expects all its employees as well as all its transport service providers and their drivers, to do all in their power to protect their own safety and that of other road users, and to act as responsible custodians of the vehicles in their charge.
At Gasal the safety and security of our teams is a core commitment. The nature of our business includes shift work and driving to and from work locations, we believe that a strong corporate culture embedding a comprehensive road safety campaign for employees is crucial to promote awareness, responsible driving, adherence to traffic rules and fostering a safe and secure work environment.

Process Safety
Process Safety is a core priority at Gasal, managing all industrial risks from production, storage and product delivery. Gasal maintains rigorous process safety protocols and procedures that are implemented across our facilities utilising the globally recognised Industrial Management System (IMS) established by our joint venture with Air Liquide.
Gasal's success relies on our employees' unwavering commitment to safety, environmental protection and asset reliability. Through periodic audits and post-event learning, we continually refine our IMS to ensure our process safety meets evolving industry expectations and the highest standards.
