We continually enhance our capabilities through new design rules, employee training, procedure updates, and expert feedback. Additionally, Gasal’s World Industrial Management group facilitates the exchange of best practices among all of the global Air Liquide operating and maintenance teams. This includes the implementation of safety rules, ensuring operational efficiency, and a continuous emphasis on training programmes.
Gasal Integrated Management System (GIMS)
The Gasal Integrated Management System (GIMS) is a comprehensive and consistent set of closed loop management processes that prescribe the activities necessary to operate industrial gas operations in a safe, reliable and cost-effective manner, in compliance with local mandatory regulations for health, safety and the environment (HSE).

GIMS was established based on Qatar laws and regulations, QatarEnergy health, safety and environmental (HSE) protocols and our partner, Air Liquide’s Industrial Management System (IMS).

Collaborating closely with local suppliers Gasal also ensures environmentally responsible waste disposal, adhering to international standards and local regulations.

Water is integral to Gasal’s activities, particularly in cooling towers and heat exchangers used during air gas production.
